Deep Tissue

The perfect therapy to address muscle discomfort and undo chronic body knots. Using
several massage techniques, your therapist will work on specific areas on your body

body stress at the same time.
Sometimes, body discomfort can happen after a deep tissue massage, but it should

PEDIKARMA ™

The root word says it all: (pedi=foot)(karma=action) which results in the rejuvenation
of the body and mind. It begins with an energy balanced (tridoshic) foot exfoliation
followed by a foot soak, back and shoulder massage. Then while comfortably relaxing
you will receive a rejuvenating Tibetan “reflexology” foot massage followed by a unique
foot massage using the Three Metal Bowl (Kansa Vataki) from India. As you continue to
unwind, your feet will be dusted with Ubtan aromatic powder and then kept warm while

ADHD Coaching

Tom Menditto will guide you through a program of exercises, practices, and techniques that he has used to completely overcome ADHD being 11 years symptom and medication free. The practices he uses are research-based, such as Tai Chi, Meditation, and Drumming, and have shown to be extremely effective in adults and children. The symptoms of ADD/ADHD may cause many problems in an individual, but with the critical training that Tom provides these difficulties can be resolved. We know now in that is possible to change your brain structure through the principles of neuro-plasticity and neurogenesis, and it is this process of reprogramming that Tom has done himself, and now teaches. Many individuals with ADD/ ADHD are talented in many ways, yet because of their difficulties these talents rarely shine through. This program will help the individual to cultivate those gifts through self-mastery, and overcome the challenges they face so that they can rise to their potential. What is possible for one is possible for all.
