RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your spa gift card purchase. If you wish to return your spa gift card, please review our 7-day return policy:

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, the spa gift card must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.

  2. Time Frame:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  3. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  4. Processing Time:

    • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

  5. Exclusions:

    • Gift cards that have been partially or fully redeemed are not eligible for return.

  6. How to Initiate a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at 412-441-0860. Provide your gift card details and the reason for the return.
