RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your spa gift card purchase. If you wish to return your spa gift card, please review our 7-day return policy:

Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the spa gift card must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Time Frame:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time:
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Exclusions:
- Gift cards that have been partially or fully redeemed are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
